Usable Webs is a consortium of Web usability professionals with a wide
swath of experience but a narrow band of focus. We stay on the cutting
edge of research on how people use their support products whether these
are web-based, paper-based, online help, or the various forms of training.
Sally Yeo is the owner and principal consultant at Usable Webs. She has over
fifteen years in computer technology, always with a focus on content and information
design for usability. Since 1994 she has been involved in various types of "Web
work."
She has successfully helped major corporations with their Internet sites, intranets, and
Web applications. She has co-authored two books on GUI design, presented various topics at
conventions and professional meetings, and conducted training classes in Web design and
HTML coding. She has written many technical manuals and managed numerous
projects.
Sally has developed affiliations with a large group of other Web professionals who can
be involved in your projects if needed. They include:
