design work
Below are specific projects related to usability. Usability principles
are integrated into all web and intranet work.
- Premera Blue Cross
- Developed training materials for a
disaster recovery program. Wrote materials for offline, preparatory,
procedures as well as a training manual for using the disaster recovery
software.
- Apex Learning
- Developed training and online help materials for the instructional
designers to help them use the Apex software to develop and load their
materials into the Apex system.
- Kohler Corporation
- Designed training, wrote the materials, and conducted the classes to
train employees in creating their department sites on the new intranet.
- Ameritech

Wrote user manuals and training materials for a number of different
projects. Conducted training on how to use the new software. A subject
matter expert from the company was present to answer detailed questions on
off-line work processes.

- Wrote a paper manual to accompany training for performance
