The one-woman miniature show Adelaide's son reported she had in New
York in 1928 may have been at the Pen and Brush Club. Gertrude Boyle had an
exhibit of her sculptures at this club in 1928. I have asked them about this
and am waiting for a reply. The image on the right was identified as a self-portrait by Hanscom's
grandson.
The miniature identified in the book as being of Jerry Leeson, her son, is
actually of Meldon Embury, her nephew.
